Nonjudicial punishment for December Published March 12, 2007 By 39th Air Base Wing Legal Office INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey -- During the month of December, the following nonjudicial punishment actions under Article 15 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, were imposed on members of Team Incirlik: An airman first class with the 39th Security Forces Squadron was reduced in rank to airman and restricted to base for 60 days for failure to go and drunkenness which incapacitated the performance of duties, violations of Articles 86 and 134 of the UCMJ. An airman first class with the 39th SFS was reduced in rank to airman and reprimanded for misbehavior of a sentinel while receiving special pay in violation of Article 113 of the UCMJ. An airman first class assigned to 39th Communications Squadron was reduced in rank to airman basic, received forfeitures of $636 per month for two months, and was restricted to base for 60 days for failure to go on three occasions in violation of Article 86 of the UCMJ. An airman first class with the 728th Air Mobility Squadron was reduced in rank to airman and received a suspended reduction in rank to airman basic, suspended forfeiture for $200 pay, 17 days extra duty, and a reprimand for failure to go in violation of Article 86 of the UCMJ.
