Wing celebrates Spring Fling

INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey -- It looked like the entire base was out at Arkadas Park this Saturday for the wing' s annual Spring Fling festival. The activities ranged from pony rides, face painting and pie in the face to a variety of games, food booths and talent contests. The booths were set up to raise money for various organizations on base.
