INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey -- Dr. Ron Ritter, Special Assistant for Air Force Smart Operations to the Secretary of the Air Force, spent the day with members of Team Incirlik reviewing AFSO21 initiatives implemented by each squadron, June 25. AFSO21 calls upon the resourcefulness of each Airman to simplify and reduce time consuming processes.
