CPTS to hold town hall meeting July 16

INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey --  The 39th Comptroller Squadron will host a Financial Services Transformation Town Hall meeting July 16 from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. at the Base Theater.

The topic of discussion is the Financial Services Transformation that will take place over the next two years.

During this time, the manual updates for military and travel pay will be consolidated to a Central Processing Center at Ellsworth, Air Force Base, S.D. A call center will also be stood up to provide support 24/7.

Base level financial services will keep minimal customer service personnel to provide face-to-face interaction. There will be little effect to our Civilian Pay, Local National Pay and Disbursing (check cashing) functions.
