Spiders, lions and bees were all costumes seen at Arkadas Park when more then 20 people showed up with their dogs Oct. 13 for the annual dog costume contest. INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey -- Spiders, lions and bees were all costumes seen at Arkadas Park when more then 20 people showed up with their dogs Oct. 13 for the annual dog costume contest. This is the second year the Incirlik Vet Clinic has hosted the Halloween contest which allows base members to dress up their dogs and let them socialize with other dogs.
