The Air Force Services Agency based in San Antonio recently implemented a new program to better gauge customer satisfaction with the activities and programs provided by services squadrons Air Force wide.

Because of this change, 39th Services Squadron customers will be able to take this survey online or complete a paper version while visiting any Incirlik services agency.

According to Lt. Col. Dale Brunner, 39 SVS, there are benefits to taking this survey online. "It allows you to respond quickly from any services activity or from the comfort of your own home," said Colonel Bruner, 39 SVS commander. "To save time, the online version is designed to only present questions about activities you and your family participate in, reducing the time it takes to complete the survey."

Some customers will be randomly selected and asked to complete a 39 SVS survey.

"We want you to capture your opinion," said Colonel Bruner. "Your responses will make a difference in the programs we offer the Incirlik community," he said. "These surveys help us know what we are doing right and what we can do to improve."

One example of how these surveys have benefited Incirlik can be found at the Hodja Inn.

"Last year, in response to customer comments, we installed wireless internet in every room of the Hodja Inn," said 2nd Lt. Kandis Sallustio, 39 SVS Combat Support Flight commander. "This shows the positive change we can make if customers take a moment to fill out the surveys."
