Complaint:

I have been to country night at the club the last couple of months and have to say I love that we finally have something for the country music listeners on the base. I was very pleased with the DJ and the music he had on file.

My main complaint is I feel that the club should offer country night more than once a month. The enlisted lounge plays R&B, Dance and Rap on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday for the majority of the evening and then they still have a Rap and R&B night throughout the month too? Perhaps we could have Country Night in the ballroom more often.

As a country music fan I feel that we should play more country music at the club and I know I'm not the only person who feels this way.

Response:

Thanks for your support of our Combined Club; we have gone to great lengths to increase club usage and continually look for ways to improve our service at that facility. Since the club is limited by time and the space available, I'm sure you'll understand that the club staff has a difficult task of trying to provide a range of events that will attract as many people as possible. In fact, a quick glance at the May club calendar shows the club will offer a Latin night, Country night, and Old School night as well as a Texas Hold'em tournament this month. A Rap and R&B night is not scheduled in May.

In an effort to ensure that we are providing the correct mix of events, we have asked our Marketing Department to design a survey asking what types of programs our members would like, and how often they would support such events. We ask that you and your friends take the time to fill out the survey as it will ensure your preferences are known.

Thanks again and I look forward to seeing you at the club.
