Incirlik crowns new volleyball champs

The 39th Air Base Wing volleyball team escaped the loser’s bracket and clinched the Incirlik Volleyball Championship title when they beat the 39th Civil Engineer Squadron team in a two-game series May 29. As a rule, any team placed in the loser’s bracket has to beat the opposing team twice.

INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey -- The 39th Air Base Wing volleyball team escaped the loser' s bracket and clinched the Incirlik Volleyball Championship title when they beat the 39th Civil Engineer Squadron team in a two-game series May 29. As a rule, any team placed in the loser's bracket has to beat the opposing team twice.
