Approximately 31 technical and master sergeants were inducted into the SNCO ranks after the promotion release in June. All inductees received a SNCO medallion from Col. INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey -- The 2008 Senior Noncommissioned Officer Induction Ceremony was Sept. 5 at Incirlik's Consolidated Club.
