Action line 81112 - MPF Kudos

As said earlier there is not enough praise in the action lines and I know one place that never gets the praise they deserve from what I've heard. I have been here TDY for a couple of months and I am about to leave and wish I could take them with me back to my base.

The MPF Customer Service team is outstanding! They are the front line of the rest of FSS. They get all the grief but not the praise. I have been in there several times when they had many customers and handled each one professionally.

I witnessed a few days ago as an A1C inprocessed about 15 cops by herself and still taking care of other customers coming in for other reasons and not once did she get aggravated. She had a smile and stayed very professional as she always is when I stop by. She takes the time to greet each person and still gets the job done, I am positive BTZ is in the future for her.

There is a SSgt as well who works customer service and she is what NCOs need to be. I recently found out she is a TSgt select and I want to say well deserved. I know it's not easy working with people all day but to each of you I want to say thank you for making my time here pleasant. I hope to run across you again in our Air Force.
