Action line 90104 - customer service accolade

I would like to commend the outstanding customer service I've experienced at Pass and Registration (P&R) over the past few months, particularly by Tech. Sgt. Zamora and Airman 1st Class Thompson.

My wife and I have had several opportunities to witness their service to our community and are thoroughly impressed. Many customers are under stress when they visit due to unfamiliar procedures and requirements and we have seen the calming influence on them by the patience and professionalism exhibited by Sergeant Zamora, Airman Thompson and others whose names I do not know.

On at least two occasions Airman Thompson did not send me to the computer to complete forms: he led me, booted up the computer, found the correct form and led me through the entire process, often doing "hands on" key strokes.

"It's not easy being green" at Incirlik, but the outstanding service provided by the Pass and Registration team makes it much "easier."
