Action line 90202 - surge protectors

INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey --  Complaint: 

I would like to know why the BX doesn't sell 110 surge protectors. They sell 220, but not 110 and if at all possible I would really like to see them start selling those.

Thank you for taking the time to bring this to my attention.

I apologize for the irregularity of finding the 110 surge protectors at the Incirlik Main Store. Unfortunately, they are not in our current stock assortment. We have identified the need to carry this item, and are working with our buying office to have it added.

In the interim, we have been working with larger stores in Europe, and we do have them on their way. Please stop by our customer service counter at the Main Store and put in a customer convenience order for this item. You will be called as soon as it arrives.

If there are other items you are looking for, but have not found, please ask any of our sales associates, and we will see if they are available in another European location.
