About 7 months ago I sent my TV to the Electronic Repair Shop and after 7 months of waiting for them to fix it I finally filled out a costumer complaint against the shop. The complaint went right to Mr. Ventura. Within a week he had contacted the Hitachi company and they reimbursed me for my television. I waited 7 months to contact him, and it only took him a few days to fix my problem. He is a wonderful manager and truly cares about the folks here at Incirlik. Thank you very much Mr. Ventura!
