Action Line #90411 – Club bike rack

INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey --  Complaint: 

Is there any chance we could get another bike rack in front of the club. I asked a Chief and a Major about it and they told me to see what I could do to get it done. So I was wondering what it would take to get another bike rack in front of the club. The club is the most used for meetings and there is not enough rack space for everyone that bikes there.

I can understand if you do not put one there because of the supply and demand, since there are not meetings there every day, but when there is the bikes are all on top of each other.
