Complaint:

I would like to make comment on the loaner linen we receive from the Hodja Inn. First of all I think it's wonderful that they are able to help us out with linen! There is only one problem I can see with the service and it has to do with the size of the bedding provided. I went to pick up our linen, one for the full size bed that FMO gives us, and one for my child's twin size bed that FMO provides. The linen I received was all twin size and only one sheet in both packs. So, I guess I'm wondering who chose the sizes for the FMO beds. I would think that would be coordinated accordingly so that proper bedding sizes. It would be nice if they could include a fitted sheet in with the flat sheet so that you're not struggling with only one sheet. Again, I do appreciate the service by all means, but it's hard enough to be without everything you own and then to think you're getting help and finding yourself at the BX having to purchase anyway due to size issues is a bit frustrating. Would you kindly shed some light on whether there is a remedy for this dilemma? There are many inquiring minds!

Response:

Thank you for your comments on our Linen Closet program. We strive to offer a perfect one-of-a-kind program that provides Incirlik families with the essential linen needed when they PCS in or out. You brought up a great point, we are limited on the number of full-size sheet sets we have on hand. Unfortunately, all full-size sheet sets were out of stock when you happened to need them. Our laundry staff is currently in the process of inventorying our stock so that we can determine items we need most. With our limited budget, we must purchase replacement items when funds become available.

Additionally, we are working with our laundry staff to ensure one fitted sheet and one flat sheet is placed in each laundry bundle that is checked out. Again, thank you for bringing this issue to the attention of management. We will do everything we can, within our budget, to provide the best service possible.
