INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey -- Complaint:

I use the Porta Johns when running, but what I noticed is that there is no way to ensure clean hands. I believe there needs to be a hand-washing station near the Porta Johns or gel hand sanitizer mounted on the doors or inside the Porta John itself. Going to the bathroom and then wiping the sweat away from your face or anywhere else is a health concern.

We have consulted with Public Health and are working with the contractor to have hand sanitizer installed in the Porta-Johns. Thank you for your concern.
