Incirlik majors selected for lieutenant colonel

INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey -- On Sept. 10, the Air Force Personnel Center announced the following Incirlik majors for promotion to the rank of lieutenant colonel:

Maj. Douglas Shahan, 39th Communications Squadron commander

Maj. Jesus Ramos, 39th Maintenance Squadron commander
