Action Line #90905 -- Hodja Inn Computers

This is in regard to computer access in the Hodja Inn. I am TDY here and the morale computers there in the lobby are not working. I informed the staff and they seemed disinterested. I also tried the business center in building 1072 but was informed they also have been down for quite a while. I don't understand what the problem is but would appreciate if you could help with the situation.

Thank you for your comments on our computers for the lobby and business center. We are very sorry for the inconvenience that this may have caused you, but strive to offer top notch computer access in both of these areas. On Friday the 4th of September our computers for the business center were in fact down. However, the computers were repaired on Saturday the 5th. The lobby computers went down due to an internet service outage that lasted just a few minutes. In addition, MayaNet is scheduling a weekly visit to ensure the computers are working and everything is still wired correctly. Desk clerks have been trained on who to call in these instances. Again, we are sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused you, but thank you for bringing this issue to the attention of management. We will continue to provide the best service possible to all our customers and ensure their concerns are our concerns.
