INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey -- The Airman and Family Readiness Center opened its new facility and training room with an open house Friday, Oct. 9, 2009, at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey. The training room houses the newcomer's briefing, the transition assistance program and other briefings open to the base.
