Congrats to Incirlik's newest CMSgt selects

Five Incirlik Airmen were selected for promotion to the rank of Chief Master Sergeant Nov. 5, 2009.

475 senior master sergeants were selected Air Force wide with a selection rate of 20.87 percent.

The senior master sergeants selected are: 


Jeffrey Hurley, 39th Civil Engineer Squadron
William Nygren, 39th Maintenance Squadron
Sheldon Parrish, 39th Operations Squadron
Earl Schaefer, 728th Air Mobility Squadron
George Lytle, 817th Expiditionary Airlift Squadron

The average score for those selected was 662.78, with an average time in grade of 3.40 and time in service of 23.23 years, respectively, and 24.49 for decorations. The average score was based on the following point averages: 135.00 for enlisted performance reports, 63.57 for the Air Force supervisory exam and 388.58 board score.

Those selected for chief master sergeant will be promoted according to their promotion sequence number beginning January 2010. As a reminder, selections are tentative until the data verification process is complete, which is no later than 10 days after the promotion release date. AFPC officials will notify Airmen, via military personnel sections, if their selection is in question.
