INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey -- The United States Air Forces in Europe released the names of the 2009 USAFE Medical Service Awards Dec. 5. Below are the winners from Incirlik.

Outstanding Dental Noncommissioned Officer of the Year:
Master Sgt. Katie Craig, 39th Medical Group

Outstanding Base Bioenvironmental Engineering Airman of the Year:
Senior Airman Dudley Lykins, 39th MDG

The USAF Outstanding Company Grade Dietician of the Year:
Capt. Sarah Montoya-Ortega, 39th MDG

The USAF Colonel Donald D. Dunton Award Opthalmic NCO of the Year:
Tech. Sgt. Kevin Wood, 39th MDG

Colonel Cleveland L. Parker Award Senior NCO:
Master Sgt. Stephanie Baker, 39th MDG
