INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey -- Incirlik's new Reverse Osmosis system at the base water treatment plan officially activated Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2009 and will begin distributing "ultra pure" water base wide Jan. 4, 2010. The Reverse Osmosis system helps lower the levels of nitrates, calcium, minerals and other impurities in the water.
