Incirlik CONS's commander wins USAFE award

INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey - --  Maj. Damian Wilborne, 39th Contracting Squadron, commander, was awarded U.S. Air Forces in Europe Outstanding Contingency Contracting Officer of the Year for 2009, for the officer category, by Gen. Roger A. Brady, USAFE commander, during an all-call here Jan. 25.
