39th MDSS welcomes new commander

Prior to taking command of the 39th MDSS, Colonel Moore served as the Chief, Medical Readiness Plans and Programs Branch, Office of the Command Surgeon, Headquarters, Air Mobility Command, Scott Air Force Base, Ill. She was responsible for AMC directed contingency, disaster and exercise plans and support for expeditionary operations.
