39th CES wins big at USAFE

INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey -- The 39th Civil Engineer Squadron and two members of squadron were named winners in the 2010 United States Air Forces in Europe Civil Engineer Annual Awards Program. The winners will now compete for Air Force Level Awards.
