Hyatt 39th Air Base Wing Public Affairs INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey -- U.S. Air Forces in Europe Manpower, Personnel and Services officials announced the 2010 USAFE/A1 annual award winners Dec. 16, 2010. The 39th Force Support Squadron received three individual and two unit-level awards in five different categories. The winners are: Airman and Family Readiness (Installation Level): Airman and Family Readiness Center Enlisted Manager of the Year: Senior Master Sgt. Garrett K. Kuwada Military Personnel Program: Gerrit D. Foster, Jr. Outstanding Military Personnel Program: 39th FSS Manpower Awards (Installation Level): Manpower SNCO of the Year: Master Sgt. Gretchen E. Brashears Personnel Manager of the Year (Installation Level): Personnel NCO of the Year: Staff Sgt. Toni C. Reid Services Awards: Golf Program of the Year: 39th FSS "Our A1 career fields are all about developing and sustaining the Air Force's most critical asset--our people," said Maj. Thomas Ausherman, the 39th FSS commander. "These awards recognize deserving individuals, programs and units that excel at this endeavor and share winning accomplishments and knowledge throughout the A1 community helping everyone improve." Winners will automatically compete at the Air Force level and the Air Force level winners will be announced April 2011. Congratulations to all the winners.
