A cut above

Chief Master Sgt. Marcus Snoddy, the 39th Air Base Wing command chief, presents the John L. Levitow Award to Senior Airman Neil Kozak, from the 39th Operations Squadron, during the Airman Leadership School graduation for class 11-3 at the consolidated club Feb. 4, at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey. The Levitow Award is the pinnacle achievement for enlisted Airmen enrolled in professional military education in the U.S. Air Force. It is awarded to the top graduate at each level of PME: ALS, NCO academy and Senior NCO Academy. There is only one Levitow Award given in each class.
