Incirlik Airman named USAFE outstanding Airman of year Published March 11, 2011 By 1st Lt Gina Vaccaro McKeen 39th Air Base Public Affairs INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey -- U.S. Air Forces in Europe officials named an Incirlik Airman the Outstanding Ground Radar Systems Airman of the Year during the 2010 General John P. Jumper Award for Excellence in Warfighting Integration and the Information Dominance Professionals of the Year Awards. Senior Airman Stanley C. Graham, of the 39th Communications Squadron, was selected for the award for his outstanding performance maintaining ground radar equipment that directly supported the wing mission, his supervisor said. "I am very excited for Senior Airman Graham and glad his efforts have been recognized," said Master Sgt. Timothy C. Enright, the Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems section chief. "I wish him luck at the U.S. Air Force level." Airman Graham led and trained three Airmen and was essential to the smooth integrations of the work center merger between airfield systems and ground radar systems. "He continues to be the 'go-to guy' within the ground radar systems work center," Sergeant Enright said. Headquarters USAFE staff will recognize the winners at the annual USAFE Information Dominance Awards event March 24, at the club at Ramstein Air Base, Germany.
