Alexandre Montes 39th Air Base Wing Public Affairs INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey -- Two Incirlik Airmen graduated from the Air Force Senior NCO Academy March 11, at Maxwell-Gunter Air Force Base, Ala. Senior Master Sgt. Rodney Wilson, the 39th Operations Squadron Air Traffic chief controller, and Master Sgt. Blenda Mease, the 728th Air Mobility Squadron Air Mobility Control Center superintendent, graduated from the seven-week course that is intended to prepare master sergeants and senior master sergeants for the increased leadership and management responsibilities of chief master sergeant. Graduation in residence is mandatory before promotion to chief. Professional military education is designed to help Airmen acquire the management and leadership skills they will need to be successful at each step of their careers.
