Fourteen Airmen from the Airman Leadership School are congratulated at a graduation ceremony May 5, 2011 at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey. ALS is one of the many professional military education courses in the Air Force. Airman Leadership School prepares and trains future non-commissioned officers for increased responsibilities. It is awarded to the top graduate at each level of PME: ALS, NCO academy and Senior NCO Academy. There is only one Levitow Award given during each class.
