Airmen receive nonjudicial punishment

The following nonjudicial punishments were given April thru June 2011:

An airman first class received an Article 15 for violating Articles 121 and 134 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice by wrongful appropriation of $500 or less and unlawful entry. The airman's nonjudicial punishment consisted of a forfeiture of $750 pay per month for two months (one month suspended), 15 days extra duty and a reprimand.

An airman first class received an Article 15 for violating Article 92 of the UCMJ by dereliction of duty: neglect. The airman's nonjudicial punishment consisted of 10 days extra duty and a reprimand.

A senior airman received an Article 15 for violations of Articles 91, 128, 134 and two violations of 117 of the UCMJ by disobeying an NCO, simple assault, drunk and disorderly conduct, and provoking speeches or gestures. The airman's nonjudicial punishment consisted of reduction to airman first class, 15 days extra duty and a reprimand.

A senior airman received an Article 15 for violating Articles 86 and 92 of the UCMJ by failure to go and dereliction of duty: willful. The airman's nonjudicial punishment consisted of reduction to airman first class, 30 days extra duty (suspended), 30 days restriction and a reprimand.

A staff sergeant received an Article 15 for two violations of Article 128 of the UCMJ by assault consummated by battery. The airman's nonjudicial punishment consisted of a reduction to senior airman and a reprimand.

A staff sergeant received an Article 15 for violating Article 134 of the UCMJ by disorderly conduct, discredit to service. The airman's nonjudicial punishment consisted of a reduction to senior airman and a reprimand.

A staff sergeant received an Article 15 for violating Article 134 of the UCMJ by dereliction of duty: willful. The airman's nonjudicial punishment consisted of a reduction to senior airman (suspended), 30 days extra duty and a reprimand.

A staff sergeant received an Article 15 for violating Article 111 of the UCMJ by drunken driving. The airman's nonjudicial punishment consisted of a reduction to senior airman (suspended), forfeiture of $1,162 pay per month for two months and a reprimand.

A technical sergeant received an Article 15 for violating Articles 86, 107 and 134 of the UCMJ by failure to go, signing a false official statement and drunkenness: incapacitation for performance of duties. The airman's nonjudicial punishment consisted of reduction to staff sergeant (suspended), forfeiture of $518 pay per month for two months, 14 days restriction and a reprimand.
