Airmen receive nonjudicial punishment Published Dec. 8, 2011 INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey -- The following nonjudicial punishments were given during September through November 2011: An airman first class received an Article 15 for violating the Uniform Code of Military Justice under Article 121, wrongful appropriation of military property of a value of $500 or less; Article 108, destruction of military property; and multiple violations of Article 92, dereliction of duty. The Airman's nonjudicial punishment consisted of a suspended reduction to airman, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand. An airman first class received an Article 15 for violating the UCMJ under Article 86, failure to go, and Article 92, dereliction of duty. The Airman's nonjudicial punishment consisted of a suspended reduction to airman, 15 days extra duty and a reprimand. An airman first class received an Article 15 for violating the UCMJ under Article 121, wrongful appropriation of non-military property of a value of $500 or less. The Airman's nonjudicial punishment consisted of a reduction to airman basic, a suspended reduction below airman and a reprimand. A senior airman received an Article 15 for multiple violations of the UCMJ under Article 86, failure to go. The Airman's nonjudicial punishment consisted of a reduction to airman first class and a reprimand. A senior airman received an Article 15 for violating the UCMJ under Article 128, assault consummated by a battery. The Airman's nonjudicial punishment consisted of a suspended reduction to airman first class, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand. A senior airman received an Article 15 for violating the UCMJ under Article 134, adultery; Article 107, false official statement; and multiple violations of Article 92, dereliction of duty. The Airman's nonjudicial punishment consisted of a suspended reduction to airman first class, 15 days extra duty and a reprimand. A staff sergeant received an Article 15 for violating the UCMJ under Article 134, child endangerment. The Airman's nonjudicial punishment consisted of a suspended reduction to senior airman and a reprimand. A staff sergeant received an Article 15 for violating the UCMJ under Article 128, assault consummated by a battery. The Airman's nonjudicial punishment consisted of a suspended reduction to senior airman, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand. A staff sergeant received an Article 15 for multiple violations of the UCMJ under Article 86, failure to go. The Airman's nonjudicial punishment consisted of a reduction to senior airman, 20 days restriction and a reprimand. A staff sergeant received an Article 15 for violating the UCMJ under Article 86, failure to go, and Article 92, dereliction of duty. The Airman's nonjudicial punishment consisted of a suspended reduction to senior airman, forfeiture of $500 pay per month for two months, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand. A technical sergeant received an Article 15 for multiple violations of the UCMJ under Article 128, assault consummated by a battery. The Airman's nonjudicial punishment consisted of a reduction to staff sergeant and a reprimand.
