Airmen receive nonjudicial punishments Published Feb. 7, 2012 39th Air Base Wing Legal Office INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey -- The following nonjudicial punishments were given during November 2011 through January 2012: An airman received an Article 15 for violating Article 95, fleeing apprehension, and Article 134, drunk and disorderly, of the Uniform Code of Military Justice. The Airman's nonjudicial punishment consisted of a reduction to airman basic and a reprimand. An airman first class received an Article 15 for violating Article 107, false official statement, of the UCMJ. The Airman's nonjudicial punishment consisted of a reduction to airman and a reprimand. An airman first class received an Article 15 for multiple violations of Article 86, failure to go and going from place of duty, and Article 92, dereliction of duty, of the UCMJ. The Airman's nonjudicial punishment consisted of a suspended reduction to airman and a reprimand. A staff sergeant received an Article 15 for multiple violations of Article 111, drunk driving and reckless driving, of the UCMJ. The Airman's nonjudicial punishment consisted of a reduction to senior airman and a reprimand. A technical sergeant received an Article 15 for violation of Article 128, assault consummated by a battery, of the UCMJ. The Airman's nonjudicial punishment consisted of a suspended reduction to staff sergeant and 30 days extra duty.
