13 selected for promotion to E-8 Published March 8, 2012 INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey -- Thirteen members of Team Incirlik received notification of their selection for promotion to senior master sergeant March 8. Below are the promotion selectees: Kim Arcand, 728th Air Mobility Squadron Michael Brathole, 39th Medical Support Squadron Jerrell Butler, 39th Communications Squadron Harold Carnley, 39th Security Forces Squadron Ouida Daniels, 39th Force Support Squadron Sergio Goodridge, 728th AMS Shawn Luellen, 728th AMS Michael Mujwid, 39th Maintenance Squadron Reny Nunag, 39th CS Alan Reed, 728th AMS Joseph Speed, 39th CS Lonnie Stamper, 39th MXS Jason Thomas, 39th Contracting Squadron Promotions will begin in April, depending on selectee promotion sequence numbers. Approximately 1,700 of the more than 12,000 eligible candidates were selected in the 12E8 cycle, representing nearly 14 percent. The average score for those selected was 670.44 with 4.12 years average time in grade and 19.27 years time in service. The average score was based on the following point averages: 134.99 for enlisted performance reports, 20.66 for decorations, 70.62 for the Air Force supervisory exam and 392.56 board score.
