4 Airmen receive nonjudicial punishment Published April 5, 2012 INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey -- The following Airmen received nonjudicial punishments February through March: A senior airman received an Article 15 for violating Article 111, drunk driving, under the Uniform Code of Military Justice. The Airman's nonjudicial punishment consisted of a reduction to airman first class and a reprimand. A senior airman received an Article 15 for multiple violations of Article 92, dereliction of duty, under the UCMJ. The Airman's nonjudicial punishment consisted of a suspended reduction to airman first class, 14 days extra duty and a reprimand. A senior airman received an Article 15 for multiple violations of Article 134, writing worthless checks by dishonorably failing to maintain funds, under the UCMJ. The Airman's nonjudicial punishment consisted of a suspended reduction to airman, 14 days extra duty and a reprimand. A senior airman received an Article 15 for multiple violations of Article 111, drunk driving and reckless driving, and Article 89, disrespect to an officer, under the UCMJ. The Airman's nonjudicial punishment consisted of a reduction to airman first class and a reprimand.
