Team Incirlik competes in turkey shoot Published Nov. 20, 2012 By Senior Airman Clayton Lenhardt 39th Air Base Wing Public Affairs INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey -- More than 20 competitors gathered at the Incirlik skeet range for a chance to win a Thanksgiving turkey during the Outdoor Recreation Turkey Shoot Nov. 18, 2012. The shoot consisted of multiple rounds with five people competing in each round. One at a time participants took aim at targets while standing at five different locations. At the end of each round the person with the highest number of hits received a gift card for a turkey for the commissary. Five turkeys were awarded at this event hosted by Outdoor Recreation. This was one of three 39th Force Support Squadron events that offered turkeys as prizes.
