Senior Airman Jason Rimer, 39th Contracting Squadron contract specialist, receives the John L. Levitow Award from Col. Chris Craige, 39th Air Base Wing commander, during the Class 13-3 graduation Mar. 28, 2013, at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey. The Levitow Award is the highest achievement for enlisted Airmen enrolled in U.S. Air Force professional military education.
