IZMIR, Turkey -- Lt. Col. Gary Goosen received command of the 425th Air Base Squadron from Col. Sean Gallagher, 39th Mission Support Group commander, June 13, 2013, at Izmir, Turkey.

The passing of the guidon symbolizes Goosen's assumption of command from the outgoing 425th ABS commander Lt. Col. Marc Galler.
