INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey -- Maj. Matthew Welling received command of the 39th Civil Engineer Squadron from Col. Sean Gallagher, 39th Mission Support Group commander, June 17.

Welling replaced Lt. Col. John Sevier, who will continue his Air Force career at the Pentagon in Washington, D.C.
