INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey -- U.S. Air Force Gen. Philip Breedlove, NATO Supreme Allied Commander Europe, visited Incirlik Air Base, Turkey July 11 as part of immersion tour as the new SACEUR.

Breedlove assumed command from U.S. Navy Admiral James Stavridis on May 13, 2013, becoming the 17th American officer to hold the position.

During his visit, Breedlove held a luncheon where he spoke with NATO servicemembers, toured the Dutch Patriot missile site, and held an interview with local Turkish media stations and the American Forces Network.
