Lt. Col. Todd Rotramel (right) assumes command of the 425th Air Base Squadron from Col. Angela Herron, 39th Mission Support Group commander, during an assumption of command ceremony Aug. 31, 2021, at Izmir, Turkey. Herron officiated the ceremony. Rotramel was previously assigned to Combatant Command, Command and Control Division, Digital Directorate, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center as the Rogue Blue Software Factory branch chief at the Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska in the United States. The 425th ABS performs as administrative agent and provides mission support for the NATO Allied Land Command Headquarters, Izmir, as well as six other associate units.
