Tech. Sgt. Noel Echevarria, 728th AMS NCOIC Aircraft Services:

"I was born in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. Later in life, I moved to Queens, New York. As I have only been in seven years, I am continuing to learn as a Technical Sergeant. I think the challenge started when I signed the dotted line, as I did not know what to expect when joining the Air Force. So far, it has been a great experience with both good and bad experiences. The greatest challenge is learning and being resilient. My favorite aspect of the job is getting involved in the movement of supplies and equipment supporting warfighters downrange and many others around the world. I think that you need lots of support from many people while in the military and in life in general. I believe if something is worth doing, it is worth doing right. This goes hand in hand with one of our core values in the Air Force of ‘excellence in all we do’."
