The 39th Contracting Squadron provides acquisition management for a $1 billion portfolio of mission-essential and quality-of-life services - sustaining Incirlick Air Base infrastructure and 2,900 U.S. military, civilian and contractor personnel and units across Turkey. The squadron provides contract-management leadership, sound business strategies and innovative acquisition solutions to a cross-functional team of experts from across the 39th Air Base Wing and tenant units. Additionally, the unit supports Commandant Commander requirements globally; projecting joint force-multiplying capabilities in response to worldwide contingencies.
