CMSgt. Kim Elliott is the Command Chief of the 39th Air Base Wing, Incirlik Air Base, Türkiye. In this role, she advises the Wing Commander on matters related to readiness, training, utilization, health, welfare, morale, and professional development for approximately 3,500 U.S. military, civilian, and contractor personnel assigned to Incirlik Air Base and fine geographically separated units. Additionally, Chief Elliott provides counsel on Base Operations Support Integrator activities, supporting Türkiye-based Joint and Combined combat forces conducting operations in the United States European Command and the United States Central Command areas of responsibility.
Chief Elliott was born in Portsmouth, V and enlisted in the Air Force in March 2001. She graduated from the Dental Assistant Apprentice course at Sheppard Air Force Base, T in July 2001. She has performed a myriad of leadership roles at the squadron wing level. Her assignments include tours in Air Force Materiel Command, Air Force Global Strike Command, Pacific Air Forces and United States Air Forces in Europe. She has been stationed in Florida, Korea, Türkiye, Montana, Wyoming, Georgia, Alaska, and deployed to Iraq and Kuwait in support of OPERATIONS ENDURING FREEDOM, IRAQI FREEDOM, INHERENT RESOLVE, and SPARTAN SHIELD. Prior to her current position, Chief Elliott served as Senior Enlisted Leader, 673d Dental Squadron, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska.
