Wing Staff Agencies

The 39th Air Base Wing staff agencies provide senior leadership with command management and a wide array of services to base personnel. The agencies work directly for the wing and vice commanders, and the command chief. The agencies include: 39th Comptroller Squadron, legal, public affairs, wing administration, protocol, safety, command post, chapel, the Inspector General, wing plans, equal opportunity, and the installation historian.

39th Medical Group

The 39th Medical Group maximizes the health of the 39th Air Base Wing supporting conventional missions to ensure wartime readiness. The group also provides preventative and clinical health and wellness services for 5,000 beneficiaries in Turkey to include five geographically separated units and NATO forces. Additionally, the 39th MDG also operates an ambulatory surgery clinic with an expansion capability of up to 150 beds.

39th Air Base Wing "Titans"

The mission of the 39th Air Base Wing is to support and protect U.S. and NATO assets and people throughout Turkey while providing a full spectrum of capabilities to the warfighter. The wing also supports two geographically separated units. Winning teamwork, strategic location and robust infrastructure combine to ensure the success of Team Incirlik. Close to many of the world's potential trouble spots, Incirlik is an important base in NATO's Southern Region. The 39th ABW helps protect U.S. and NATO interests in the Southern Region by providing a responsive staging and operational air base ready to project integrated, forward-based air power. 

39th Weapons System Security Group

The 39th Weapons System Security Group provides command and control and oversight for 500+ personnel across three squadrons. The group provides compliance-driven maintenance, airfield, and force protection capabilities that underpin successful execution of a variety of mission sets and airfield management mission sets. Force and resource protection execution in support of the 39th Air Base Wing's enduring missions are within its mission portfolio. The 39th WSSG oversees three squadrons: 39th Maintenance Squadron39th Security Forces Squadron, and the 39th Operations Support Squadron. 

39th Mission Support Group

The 39th Mission Support Group provides combat support, including security, law enforcement, fire, disaster response, explosive ordnance disposal, CBRNE training and response, communications, family support, housing, provisions, facility engineers, environmental services, personnel management, fuel, transportation, logistics readiness and recreation to U.S. and NATO forces. The 39th MSG oversees eight squadrons: 39th Civil Engineer Squadron, 39th Contracting Squadron, 39th Communications Squadron, 39th Logistics Readiness Squadron, 39th Force Support Squadron425th Air Base Squadron, and the 717th ABS
