The 39th Comptroller Squadron provides financial support for the troops, equipment and Incirlik Air Base support agencies ensuring the fight against ISIL in Operation Inherent Resolve continues. The 39th CPTS develops, manages and oversees all base-level accounting, budgeting, military and travel pay and cashier operations.
