Book your Ticket
The rotator is the main form of transportation to arrive/depart Incirlik Air Base. You can book your ticket with your local TMO no earlier than 90 days out.
In the event you must travel commercially, Airport pick up is available for Official Travel. Submit the attached form to your Gaining Unit’s First Sergeant via your sponsor.

Book your stay at the Hodja Inn!
Mail
Contact your sponsor to set up your P.O. Box up to 90 days in advance. Provide a copy of your orders to get started.

In addition to the MPF-required paperwork, we recommend hand carrying:
Copies of Blue Stamped NATO Orders (Maintain Original Copy)
Multiple copies of your PCS orders

TitanNet Wi-Fi is available at various locations across the base. Wi-Fi is available for purchase at the AAFES Base Exchange for your residence.
Finance
You will in-process Finance during the Base Newcomer’s. Please contact your sponsor to sign up!
You can schedule at your current base ONE or two types of TMO shipments: unaccompanied baggage and/or household goods.
Household goods, which are shipped by vessel, can take three to four months before arrival. When shipping household goods, E-1 to E-4 are entitled to 10% of their full weight entitlement. All service members E-5 and above, as
Beyaname
A beyaname is a written customs declaration between the service member and the Government of Turkey that provides customs control of high value items brought into Turkey. When members receive their shipment, they will be required to list all items that would go on their Beyaname. According to Turkish Customs regulations, there are 11 specific Beyaname items not limited to: Television, Stereo, Video Cassette Recorder Unit, DVD Unit, Computer, Air Conditioner, washer and dryer, Dish Washer, Refrigerator, Deep Freezer and Microwave Oven. Also includes, furniture and any household item valued over 300 USD.
NOTE: Keep Beyaname items during your entire tour. Members may be charged up to 5 times the cost of item if you do not PCS with them. Beyaname items must leave prior to DEROS expiration.
We recommended carrying in your luggage or mailing ahead the following items:
Mattress Pad – The beds are standard issue. Many members mail a mattress pad ahead of time, order one online and have it waiting at the post office, or

The M&FRC has loan lockers (i.e. cooking utensils, irons, small appliances) available for use while you are waiting for your household goods to arrive.

All military personnel and appropriated government employees are required to reside on base.
All Airmen from E-1 to E-4 will live in the dormitories with a twin-size bed and may share kitchen/bathroom space with a roommate. You can find the Dorm Brochure here and the Room Inspection Checklist here
NCOs in the rank of E-5 will reside in furnished housing (twin-size bed) with a roommate located in Phantom housing. NCOs in the rank of E-6 will reside in a furnished, single house (full-size bed) in either Herky or Phantom housing.
SNCOs will have furnished housing without a roommate located in Falcon housing.
Officers will have furnished housing located in Eagle housing. Ranks O-1 to O-3 will share a house with a roommate and O-4 and above will have their own living quarters.
Civilian employees will live in Falcon housing.
Pets are now authorized at Incirlik AB.

Privately Owned Firearms (POFs)
Fire Arms are prohibited from being shipped or hand carried into the country of Türkiye due to Turkish Beyanname Law. Including but not limited to: hand guns, rifles/shot guns, toy-related guns, ammo, and explosives.
Privately Owned Vehicles (POVs)
Although cars and scooters are authorized modes of transportation on Incirlik, they may not be shipped. POV shipment of one POV is authorized for persons O-1, E-7, GS-5, and above regardless of tour length. Additionally, E-5 and E-6 personnel serving tour lengths of 24 months or longer are authorized shipment of one POV. Vehicle restrictions will be adhered to in accordance with the Personal Property Consignment Instruction Guide-Turkey and all Vehicle Processing Center guidelines. Your Blue Tourist Passport is not mandatory, but is highly encouraged, especially if you plan to travel around the AOR or if your travel terminates inanother country other than the U.S. or Türkiye (i.e. Ramstein)
Civilian Employees: Your Red No-Fee Passport is required, along with your Visa and CAC ID
