Renewing an expired medication prescription

To renew an expired medication prescription, contact your primary care manager and request a presecription renewal. Then, check-in at the pharmacy.

Refilling Prescriptions

To refill a prescription, call the automated prescription refill line at DSN 676-1242. Follow the prompts and enter only the numerica portion of your prescription when requested.

Health and Wellness Center

The Incrilik HAWC provides the following services:

-Nutrition counseling
-Fitness counseling
-Tobacco cessation courses
-Fitness and nutrition classes
-Health-related book, brochures and videos
-Aqua massage
-Ongoing health events
-Full strength machine gym and cardio room
-Showers with lockers

These services are free of charge to all Tricare Prime beneficiaries.

All deployers should check in at Tricare upon arrival to accomplish a mini-registration to receive more efficient care at the 39 MDG.

International Medical Care

If you are traveling away from Incirlik Air Base and have to seek medical care call International SOS at 00-44-20-8762-8133.

They are available 24/7 and can assist you in locating an appropriate medical facility near your location.

Also, when travelling, be sure to carry your "Tricare Europe Healthcare Passport". If you do not have one you can stop by the Tricare office at the medical clinic to pick one up. It is filled with helpful information and phone numbers for travelling in the European theater.
