Flying operations on the runway at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey, ceased from May 24 to June 2, 2018, in order to make necessary repairs. Multiple organizations from across the installation came together to plan and execute the repairs on approximately 101 spalls, or holes, and to complete other necessary flight line construction projects.

Default Air Force Logo Ramazan 'Sugar' Festival
The Sugar Festival is celebrated by the Moslems at the end of Ramazan, the fasting month for Moslems. It lasts three and a half days. Thursday, June 14, is the last day of Ramazan and the Sugar Festival starts on that day at noon. Observations of the festival continue through Sunday, June 17.
